    Aimbridge Hospitality Launches AIMClean

Firm Develops Proprietary AIMClean Program to Guide Hotels’ Cleaning Protocols

Aimbridge Hospitality, the leading global hotel management company, has set strategies and plans in motion to support its managed hotels for a successful rebound, inclusive of a new proprietary training program: AIMClean.

Corporate operations and sales teams are focused on providing the right resources and action plans for its managed hotels as demand for travel begins to increase. A significant component is AIMClean, developed internally along with outside experts including Ecolab, to redefine cleaning and safety in this new environment.

AIMClean aligns with industry and brand protocols and complements the industry’s best practices in health and safety, rooted in the CDC guidance.  The training program takes employees through a certification process focusing on three areas: People, giving housekeeping leadership and staff a greater understanding of the virus, and the skills to protect themselves, hotel guests, and their own families and homes; Product, through a partnership with EcoLab, bringing to light EPA-approved products and supplies that ensure the best product selection for each area of the hotel; and Procedures, a guide for proper cleaning and sanitizing all areas of the hotel.

“Our proactive strategies address consumer confidence in our hotels, and deliver a safe and secure guest experience in the new normal while providing best-in-class hospitality experiences,” said Elie Khoury, EVP of Operations at Aimbridge Hospitality. “What our hotel teams are doing behind the scenes is just as important as what is visible to our guests, from the physical distancing to modified food and beverage offerings. Our AIMClean is a great example to our thoughtfulness to the safety of our guests.”
