The Executive Team at Aimbridge is comprised of veteran hoteliers with a history of delivering industry-leading results. Averaging over 26 years of hospitality experience, the senior executives focus on maximizing returns to partners by utilizing a unique blend of experience, resources, and relationships.
Burg is responsible for the overall operations, sales and marketing, revenue management, owner relations and capital planning for more than 800 properties under 32 different hotel brands. His extensive experience and industry knowledge provide the foundation for the company’s core strength of producing superior results at both top and bottom lines.
Burg has held the position of Chief Operating Officer for more than 10 years and was named President in March 2018. He has been with Aimbridge Hospitality since its inception in 2003. He has more than 28 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with previous positions at Wyndham Hotels and Resorts and Summerfield Suites brand.
Burg currently serves on Hilton’s Operations Advisory Board for Embassy Suites, Marriott’s Owners Advisory Board for Sheraton Hotels, Hilton’s Owner Advisory Board for All-Suite Brands, and the Board of Directors for MINA. He also serves on the Board of Directors for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. Burg earned a degree in Culinary Arts from the Culinary Institute of America.
