Wheelock Street Capital and Aimbridge Hospitality Announce Completion of Multimillion-Dollar Renovation at Dallas/Addison Marriott Quorum Hotel

Wheelock Street Capital and Dallas-based Aimbridge Hospitality, the nation’s second largest independent hotel management and investment firm, announce the completion of the first phase of a multimillion-dollar renovation at the Dallas/Addison Marriott Quorum Hotel located near the Galleria. Highlights of the renovation include a sleek new design of the lobby area, addition of a dramatic resort style pool, and an elegant new 3,000 square foot Vista Ballroom with views and doors opening onto the pool area.

Multiple seating groups delineated by back-lit frosted glass columns create open site lines through the lobby area. Carrera marble tile floors and custom contemporary and transitional style furnishings enhance the sleek new design.

The new resort style pool offers multiple lounging options with new seating upholstered in a crisp awning stripe. Dramatic landscape lighting and a fire pit create a striking look for this popular gathering spot.

The Dallas/Addison Marriott Quorum, centrally located in the heart of Addison near premier restaurants, entertainment, & shopping, is a 547 room, full-service hotel with 30 meeting rooms and more than 25,000 square feet of flexibly and newly-renovated meeting and event space. The Vista Ballroom was designed to accommodate weddings and corporate receptions with 3000 square feet in a soft-contemporary design and doors that open to the new pool area creating wonderful opportunities for entertainment. The pool area has abundant lounge seating, a fire pit conversation area and a waterfall.
