Aimbridge Hospitality Promotes Lynne Roberts to Executive Vice President of Capital Markets
Aimbridge Hospitality has promoted Lynne Roberts to the position of Executive Vice President of Capital Markets.
In her new position, Roberts sources capital for sizeable transactions and structure both North America and off-shore inbound investment platforms. Additionally, she oversees a Capital Markets team growing Aimbridge’s footprint of investors with large scale acquisition requirements in hotel real estate with longer term hold horizons.
“My time at Aimbridge has been extremely gratifying since joining with eight hotels under management,” said Roberts. “I’m particularly interested in leveraging my experience leading investment underwriting, deal structuring and various negotiations.”
Roberts previously held the position of Senior Vice President of Development and Capital Markets at Aimbridge. In this role, she helped drive Aimbridge’s significant growth from eight to over 500 properties.

Prior to joining Aimbridge in 2004, Roberts worked with Wyndham Hotels and Resorts for over 10 years as Vice President of Development Planning. While at Wyndham, she joined efforts with Trammell Crow Residential developing a start-up hotel product, HomeGate Studios and Suites. The company successfully sold within two years of conception.
Prior to her tenure at Wyndham/HomeGate, Roberts led real estate analysis for Sheraton Suites Development and started her professional career as a hospitality consultant with Pannell Kerr Forster (PKF) in Chicago.
Roberts holds a B.S. degree and is a graduate and valedictorian of Michigan State University School of Hotel and Restaurant Management. She currently serves on the Board of Governors for the University of North Texas College of Merchandising, Hospitality and Tourism.
