Sagicor Real Estate X Fund Limited Acquires Hilton Rose Hall Resort & Spa and Chooses Aimbridge Hospitality to Manage their Fourth Upscale All-Inclusive Resort in Jamaica
Leading Jamaican Real Estate Investment Firm announces the purchase of the landmark Montego Bay property.
Sagicor Real Estate X Fund Limited announces that it has purchased the iconic Hilton Rose Hall Resort & Spa in Montego Bay, Jamaica. Sagicor and its managed fund, which owns three Jewel Resorts in Jamaica, completed its acquisition of the Hilton Rose Hall Resort & Spa, and has appointed Aimbridge Hospitality to manage this resort. Sagicor resort portfolio now includes 1,230 room keys on the island.
Recognized in Jamaica and throughout the world as one of the island’s true gems, the all-inclusive Hilton Rose Hall Resort & Spa has undergone over $50 million in renovations over recent years. The property features 489 newly designed guestrooms and suites, 1,800 feet of private, secluded beach, Soothe Spa, remodeled meeting space and one of the largest and most acclaimed water parks in the Caribbean, Sugar Mill Falls.

The resort will operate as Hilton Rose Hall Resort & Spa, under the management of Aimbridge Hospitality and general manager Carol Bourke. Guests of the resort will continue to have access to Hilton benefits, including the ability to participate in the Hilton HHonors® guest loyalty program. Meeting planners will continue to earn Hilton Event Planner Points by booking meetings at the resort.
