Averaging over 26 years of hospitality experience, the senior executives focus on maximizing returns to partners by utilizing a unique blend of experience, resources, and relationships.
Matt Berge joined Aimbridge Hospitality in 2007 and has over 30 years of Hotel experience, working with all brands at an executive level. Berge received his Hotel and Restaurant degree from Washington State University and immediately was promoted through the ranks within Westin and then Starwood. His 21 years with Starwood started at the Westin Copley in Boston, then to the Westin Seattle, Westin Maui and finally to Texas where he has spent the last 19 years. Matt was General Manager of the Sheraton Suites Market Center and then to San Antonio to run the Westin Riverwalk. After leaving Starwood, Matt’s Aimbridge career began in Dallas, as General Manager of the DoubleTree Campbell Centre and then moving to the Corporate office where he has held regional operations positions since 2010.
Matt makes his home in Prosper, Texas with his wife and two children.
