Due to our Senior Executives’ experience at Wyndham of both being a brand and an owner, we operate each hotel from an ownership perspective, meaning all disciplines are focused on achieving results.

Regardless of location, brand, or hotel segment, Aimbridge supplies hotel management services that exceed not only brand and owner expectations, but industry benchmarks as well.
Our current portfolio consists of full-service and select-service properties representing more than 25 flags within eight brands and includes over 185 Hotels (over 25,000 rooms) across 29 states and the Caribbean totaling more than $650 million in annual revenue.
Channel Point Hospitality Division (Economy/Budget Hotels)
In late 2012, an investment vehicle managed by affiliates of Colony Capital, LLC, including Colony Financial, Inc., assumed ownership of a portfolio of 103 hotels. As part of their business plan to reposition the portfolio, Colony selected Channel Point Hospitality, a wholly owned and operated subsidiary of Aimbridge, to manage the portfolio and effect a substantial renovation and rebranding under the banners of certain nationally-recognized chains.
The portfolio of hotels, located in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee and Virginia, encompassed over 7,000 guest rooms and 1,700 associates.
