Wyndham Gardens Portfolio

This eight hotel portfolio, located across six states, was originally acquired through a partnership with Crow Holdings. This portfolio launched Aimbridge Hospitality into the management arena in July of 2003. Of the original eight properties, two were sold, four were converted to the Doubletree brand and two assets continue to operate as Wyndham Garden Hotels.

Through brand repositioning, capital improvements, a strong direct sales effort, revenue management and talent acquisition and deployment, the remaining six assets have yielded a GOP in excess of 20% for each of the three years Aimbridge has managed the hotels.

In July 2007, Aimbridge entered a joint venture partnership with Goldentree Insite Partners and JF Capital Advisors to purchase all six assets from Crow.
