Detailed Revenue Management
Revenue Management is a strength of the Aimbridge Operations team. Working hand in hand with the Sales and Marketing functions of the organization, the Revenue Management team carries out a process-oriented procedure for each property. The Aimbridge Revenue Management team completes a weekly revenue strategy meeting to ensure inventory management and pricing changes are up to date. Monthly corporate revenue/expense review meetings and property VP or sales and operation visits allow for constant trend analysis and sales plan updates.
